...and finally, I'm serving up v4 of the 2008 Beach House Edition.  You can expect some of the best funky and soulful house of the summer, with a touch of disco in the mix.  In fact, whoever can tell me the original songs from which #8 and #14 were taken from will get...hmmm, let's see, oh yeah, my admiration.  I'd give away a free t-shirt, but right now I'm ass broke!  The first should be obvious to most since not only was it a #1 disco hit in 1975, but a #1 pop hit as well.  The second was a #1 disco hit but barely cracked the top 40.  However, if you were a faithful American Bandstand viewer every Saturday, you might very well remember it.  For me, the hooks were instantly recognizable and I was wondering when someone would get around to sampling the latter.  Even though they went far beyond sampling, in both cases, they pretty much ripped off the originals note for note.  Thankfully they did because they're smokin' HOT!
