Wow! So, in supporting a black-owned business online, yours truly learned a little about how intolerant and uptight we are in the Midwest about race. Granted, I already knew this somewhat, but not to the extent I witnessed. After the break, I come in hard about some new vinyl I've acquired starting with the latest Greta Van Fleet album The Battle at Garden's Gate that I picked up as my first of their records. I like it...a lot. I have heard them prior to now and I've even seen them perform live on SNL, but I wasn't too awful into it. I will say, though, I think they're a pretty solid group instrumentally and his voice is even growing on me some. This is my fave tune and the album opener. It's interesting watching "kids" rock in a 60s-70s style in 2021. I guess the real point is that I just need to "STFU Boomer" and enjoy some good modern rock.
