Confidence absolutely can bleed over into your business but it 100% starts with you. On Metal Marvels Instagram I posted a morning quote to get people engaged in an honest conversation. It turned out way better than I ever imagined. People were being real and honest with the struggles they were dealing with. From relationship shit, to work problems, to divorce, and an overwhelming about of body issues, weight issues, self-esteem issues, etc. It hurts my heart to know that so many people still struggle with this, and I know a SHIT TON of people do.
