Dr. Elana interviews guest Dr. Michelle Hu, a pediatric audiologist, mother of 3 and is a wearer of bilateral cochlear implants. Michelle is an advocate for the DHH community - DHH stands for deaf/hard of hearing. This is a community we have not yet honored on our podcast, and we couldn’t have chosen a better guest than Dr. Michelle. Michelle is the founder of Mama Hu Hears, a space for DHH individuals and their families to access resources and to provide a source of strength and hope for parent’s and children with hearing loss.
