Seasoned Athlete

This week, we meet Tammy Godin of North Grafton, Massachusetts. Fitness has always been a part of her life, and for a while, she casually enjoyed running when she could fit it in. But a devastating car accident in 2002 changed everything. They told her that she may never run again…she had other ideas. Since recovering from her accident, she has run over 30 marathons, over 30 ultra races, 5 Ironman triathlons and came in 3rd for the US and 9th overall in her age group at the worlds long distance triathlon in Holland.
