Karen is the author of several books, including Unwrapping Your Passion, a book that shakes up the status quo of aging and redefines the barometer of living a passionate life – concepts we can definitely get behind. Karen is also a barefoot water skier with a remarkable comeback story, which has led her a quest to barefoot water ski in all 50 states. In our interview with Karen, we talk about how a water skiing injury activated a dormant gene that caused her to lose her hearing and what led her to eventually find her way back onto the water.
