Career Q&A with Christopher Meloni. Moderated by Jenelle Riley, Variety. Washington, D.C. native Christopher Meloni studied acting at the University of Colorado, Boulder, before graduating with a degree in History. He worked in construction and as a bouncer before breaking into acting, studying his craft in New York with legendary teacher Sanford Meisner. His television breakout role was on “NYPD Blue,” opposite Kim Delaney. That led to being cast on HBO’s gritty landmark series “Oz,” playing the psychotic, bisexual serial killer, ‘Chris Keller.’ In 1999, Meloni landed his starring role on the popular and long-running NBC series “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” with the actor working in both series simultaneously until “Oz” ended its 6 year run in 2003. He continued on “Law & Order: SVU” for twelve seasons, earning an Emmy nomination for his performance as Detective Elliot Stabler. As an Emmy, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award winner, Julianna Margulies has achieved success in television, theater and film. Margulies won the 2011 Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series and was nominated for a 2012 Emmy Award in the same category for her work on THE GOOD WIFE. Most recently, Margulies was nominated for a 2014 Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series, Drama for her work on the show. Margulies' television credits include "The Sopranos," "The Grid," for which she received a Golden Globe Award nomination, and the mini-series "The Mists of Avalon." She also starred as one of the original members of "ER," for which she received both an Emmy Award and SAG Award as nurse Carole Hathaway. Career Q&A with Ray Liotta.  Moderated by Stacey Wilson Hunt, New York Magazine. Ray Liotta currently stars on the NBC drama “Shades of Blue” as Lt. Matt Wozniak. Liotta started his career with a Golden Globe-nominated performance in Jonathan Demme’s “Something Wild” and followed that by co-starring opposite Tom Hulce in “Dominic and Eugene.” He’s also well-known for the iconic role of Shoeless Joe Jackson in the Oscar-nominated film “Field of Dreams.”   But perhaps the film that brought Liotta his most widespread acclaim was his portrayal of real-life mobster Henry Hill in Martin Scorsese’s epic movie “Goodfellas” starring opposite Robert De Niro and Joe Pesci. Joel Edgerton currently stars as John Connolly in BLACK MASS alongside Johnny Depp.  He was honored for his performance as Tom Buchanan in “The Great Gatsby,” Baz Luhrmann’s 2013 screen adaptation of F.
