Backstage we sat down for an in-depth interview with lead man Travis Wood from Of Serpents, who not only puts on a great show, but also organizes the Annual Halloween Throwdown. MEDITATOR is a progressive metalcore band based in Nashville, TN, consisting of high-energy aggressive riffs, engaging melodies, and thought provoking lyrics. Its current members are vocalist James Downs, drummer Joshua Ray, bassist Gregory Alexander, and guitarist Nick Elder. Meditator, recently released a full length album "World Watcher" and Fish heads to the bands rehearsal studio to for a full interview. Meditator will be playing FIshFest III on Sat. Oct 23rd. As they say, anything worthwhile is rarely easy. I think out of all my episodes of Music City Metal, this episodes post production, was definitely not easy. Recorded April 26th Jesse Brock of Lines in The Sky gives an outstanding interview. This Prog/Alt band will be nice change of flavor from the more extreme bands recently featured.
