Sinopse
Electronic music platform podcast livestream events rental "First of all, Romanian electronica is considered its own genre because of its very specific movements and ambient grooves which most other music doesn't have. No other genre of music that I've heard had such complex production methods where you can mix amazing bass grooves with minimalistic percussions/details, super organic sounds and elegant break-beat kicks which fit so perfectly together (and I've heard all from old school house to new deep techno and all in between). As far as Romania getting the title,it's mainly because they are the ones who took it to the next level, mind you this music is a form of micro-house/minimal that had been already in production for many years but on a very underground level - until Romania made it more popular (of course with the help of Ricardo Villalobos). The style of music really is something special, more intellectual in my opinion, because it takes a very trained ear to really understand it and enjoy it. For everyone whom is criticizing that it's only for druggies, this is very invalid information. Maybe the fact that it's so complex - it takes the average listener to take drugs in order to expand their mindset to listen and understand, but for those that get it, they do not need anything in order to enjoy such great abstract style of music."

Soundroom Podcast 077 - Julien Sandre
04/07/2019 Duração: 01h02min➱ With a very considerable musical background, Julien Sandre shared the decks with important figures of the minimal-house scene such as Zip, Raresh, Margaret Dygas, Dan Ghenacia, Dyed Soundorom, Cesar Merveille, etc. ➱ The podcast he sent us is full of joy, giving you a happy mood while it sends you straight in the middle of a party. DJ, producer, label manager and collector of vinyls ... It is clear how much music has an important role in the life of Julien, who, however, had to get busy, and not a little, to realize his ambitions. Growing up on the outskirts of his city, Julien started very young, in his room with two battered turntables and boxes of discs. Then came the performances in small clubs of his city and the first floor acclamation that appreciated the elegant and original musical research that already characterized his dj set. The sound of this phase was well represented from house of Derrick Carter, of MAW, of Paul Johnson & David Duriez. The approach to the Parisian underground scene and the

Soundroom Podcast 070 - Sorin Simon
10/01/2019 Duração: 01h04minNaturally born and raised in Transylvania Romania with a lot of passion for music since I was a child in music school studying piano. Back in 2006 I decided to make my own music, and I bought a pair of Technics turntable and I start to learn how to become a dj. In the next year 2007 I moved to Jersey Channel Islands where I had the chance after few weeks to have my residency in one of the clubs there. Having some performances around Europe at few festivals( Sonar off, Monegros, Electric Castle,Reasons) I think to make people happy and giving them those goosebumps when you’re playing no matter is 2000 or 50 people in the venue is the best feeling like a dj. Last year I decided to start producing my own sound and tracks, my EP Ecouri Paralele comes out in August. In the last year I established my headquarter in London and now I got my own label Unknown Tales based here. From very hypnotic and trippy vibes to some deeply groovy sounds spiced with techno minimal house and some microhouse fills": this is how you

Soundroom Podcast 067 - Assal
04/11/2018 Duração: 01h01minWhen you meet an artist who says she enjoys 'heating up the dancefloor' at Watergate and other clubs she plays at, you know you're onto something really special here. Assal (her name means honey in Persian) is somebody who simply gives the impression that she's for real whilst communicating naturally via her music. Perhaps the heat that she speaks of is a literal translation of the well known and well loved (yet often overlooked these days) art of warming up in a club. It's usually an opening dj's job to gradually increase the energy and intensity in a room and it's this position of trust that she often finds herself in at the moment. Or, possibly, it's something way deeper and more acutely intuitive that's at the heart of her expression of warmth. Either way it describes her music perfectly. Recently she's played alongside Priku, Thomas Melchior, East End Dubs and Arapu to mention just few of the bigger house and techno names who have enjoyed working with her, receiving these well programmed and soulfu
