I am on vacation in Mexico and I should be feeling relaxed and loving this awesome place, the surf, the sun and my amazing husband. But I am feeling a little "out of sorts" I am not really relaxing, I am feeling irritable and sometimes blah. I am missing God and Daily Mass - I am missing my daily dose of time with Jesus. I have been going through the "prayer motions" during the mornings these past three days. I had to share my REALITY REFLECTION with you all live today! I listened to a previous episode, "Check Out in order to Check In" and I dove into silent time with God this morning. I feel so very different!!! I feel ALIVE and VIBRANT and my body is truly vibrating with JOY!  Thank you, Jesus, thank you! You can get this, too, no matter where you are or what you have facing you today!
