As humans we are trained to complain and this always leads to trouble. What if we put praise on repeat? Our praise is a wepon that silences the negativity that always seems to make it's way into our lives. But how do we learn to put praise on repeat. Like us, our phones multitask. They perform many functions, and run multiple apps at once. Problem is, all this activity drains the battery. When it comes to our phone, we are constantly conscious of how much battery we have left, and how and when we’re going to recharge it. Most of us do not have as detailed a plan to recharge our lives.
