Fade To Green

This might have been a mistake, doing this. But here we are. We think if we stopped now that might be weirder. Okay, that's not totally true. This one was better than some. We just thought it would turn. We thought it would get better.  So far...we've been wrong. Fast and Furious (2009) everybody. It's a movie.  @helloyiska @carterdorey

With a title as on the nose as anything else in this franchise, Tokyo drift comes screaming in from around the corner, past us, and further down the street where it careens out of sight. Sitting there on the corner, we watch these drifts, but we tire of the drifting, and with those bright fast cars behind us, we begin our chatter. So pull up a chair, why don't you? @helloyiska @carterdorey

What? Did you think we were joking? This marathon is gonna happen, even if after this watch we think we might have made a huge mistake. Just like Brian the fast man, we may have made some bad judgement calls, but also like Brian, we ain't giving up! Strap in puddle people! We struggled with this one. @helloyiska @carterdorey

Hey folks. We may have made a mistake. After our amazing and award winning (eventually) marathon of all 8 Harry Potter movies, we have decided to attempt what some have called impossible. We are going to watch and review all 8 (so far) Fast and Furious movies. Is there a particular actor to follow? Are either of us fans of the series? No and No. But we are gonna take these films and turn them into comedy-critic gold.  And also get wildly off-topic. But that's why you love us right? Right? @helloyiska @carterdorey

Michael Cera, while a good actor, is a lot of time the same actor in most everything he does. Not to say that it is indeed bizarre that an actor would remain within their own corporeal body from film to film but rather that some actors out there have come across a sort of talent they've playfully called "range". This to say that Mr. Cera does not explore the boundaries of his skill, but rather seeks to become better at being the same.  Scott Pilgrim vs The World (2010). Isn't it refreshing to take a break from routine? The way Jackson Pollock took a detour into folk music, for the next couple episodes we are going to explore the chaos of a lawless format. No feature actor, no completely ignoring the feature actor, no rules, just us. Carter and Yiska, crossing a couple movies off their list together and chatting about them. Ah, yes. Another end to the saga. Alan Rickman is over. But it was a lovely journey. We laughed and cried and didn't actually cry.
