Dr. Philip Gordon grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, and has lived here most of his life. He received his bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Missouri in Columbia. His desire to learn about anatomical processes and biological sciences with the exposure to his father’s dental office early in life are what influenced his process to attend dental school. He then attended the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry Dental School where he received his DDS degree. Since then he has received hundreds of hours every year in Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry to stay on the forefront of the latest and greatest dental techniques and advancements. After graduating from the University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr August de Oliveira completed a GPR at the VA Sepulveda in Los Angeles where he learned how to place dental implants. Dr. Richard Miron, BMSC, MSc, PhD, DDS, is a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Periodontology at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Dr. Daniel Domingue was born and raised in Lafayette, LA. He graduated from St. Thomas More in 1999 and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and his DDS degree from the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans.  While spending three years in advanced training at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in New York City, he served as Chief Resident of the Dental and Oral Surgery Department. Dr. Reznick is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He received his undergraduate biology degree from CAL-Berkeley, dental degree from Tufts University, and his medical degree from the University of Southern California. He did his internship in general surgery at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena and trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery at LA County - USC Medical Center. Dr. Alfonso Pineyro was born and raised in Up-state New York.  He received his training from Rochester Eastman Dental Center with a degree in Prosthodontists.  He is trained in complex esthetics/cosmetic dentistry.  Dr. Pineyro speaks fluently in Spanish and Italian.  He is an avid sports fan, following baseball and soccer.  Dr. Pineyro travels around the country teaching other dentists about implant dentistry.  He enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter.

Timothy F. Walker, DDS, graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 1985. From 1990-1995, he served as a dental officer in the U.S. Navy. He practiced dentistry privately from 1995-2009. He then had his residency in the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Oral Maxillofacial Radiology (OMR) program and, in 2012, graduated with a certificate in OMR and an M.S. degree. Since 2012, he has held a full-time faculty position at Creighton and also has a private practice in OMR.

Dr. Siamak Abai is a graduate of Harvard University’s Advanced Graduate Education program in Prosthodontics with a master’s degree in oral biology and prosthodontics. He earned his DDS degree from Columbia University, followed by two years of Advanced Education in General Dentistry training. He is the director of clinical research and development at the Glidewell International Technology Center, where he is involved in the advancement of guided implant surgery through an all-digital workflow.
