The decision not to appeal the lower court ruling that the Wire Act does not applied to online poker could now open the door to more states getting into the game. Joe expresses his doubts that online poker will move forward because of greed issues, while BIG Dave feels that companies and states can work together to get the ball rolling. The guys also discuss the blowback in Florida to the Seminole Compact, and pass along the latest action from the WPT Tampa main event and the breaking news of Phil Ivey’s victory over Patrick Antonio’s in the WPT Heads-up finale.

The complete schedule for the WSOP is out, with 88 bracelet events slated for September 30 - November 23. BIG Dave & Joe discuss the return of the series, along with an interesting policy exclusive to Vegas that allows poker dealers to play at the felt in the room that employs them.
