Final Fantasy has had so many great antagonists over the years... but who are our favourites? That's the main topic of discussion today as Lauren and Darryl choose their favourite main antagonist and then choose a secondary antagonist for good measure and talk about why they feel as though the characters fit the roles in the way they do.

After a period of relative quite, Kingdom Hearts is back in the spotlight and we may have a new game to play sooner than we think! Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory has now been rated by the ESRB, which means it's perhaps further along than we thought. But not just that, Dark Road is well underway and they even just announced a brand new anime for The World Ends With You!

Music has played such an important part in the success of the Final Fantasy franchise, but everyone has different tracks that appeal to them and different reasons for why. That specific rumour spoke of its impending reveal during the Summer Games Fest, with Naoki Yoshida positioned as the director. However, Yoshida took the time to address the rumour, shooting it down by stating his commitment to Final Fantasy XIV. In related news, Square Enix also published an interview with a new hire within Yoshida's Business Division... who was hired as the Battle Director for a brand new AAA Action RPG. The plot thickens!

Square Enix has delayed Kingdom Hearts Dark Road, citing current conditions as the reason! We discuss what this means as well as diving into detail about the heavily rumoured CG show that's in production at Square Enix for Disney+. This comes from numerous high-profile sources and we can't wait to hear more!

Dengeki had the chance to speak with Tetsuya Nomura following the release of Remind and it revealed some juicy details about the future. For one, Nomura spoke about the similarities between Final Fantasy Versus XIII and Verum Rex... stating that despite seeming the same, in reality they are very different. There will be a connection with Kingdom Hearts, but that connection has yet to be revealed and it will be shocking. This, and more, with another action-packed episode!
