This week on the podcast, we have a little bit of everything. Tom Kakert and Matt Randazzo open the show by visiting with WQAD-TV's top weather forecaster, James Zahara. He gives us a weather report for Kinnick Stadium on Sunday for the Crossover at Kinnick basketball game.  Then we dive into Iowa football talk. We recap the win over Purdue and the play of Iowa quarterback Deacon Hill. What about the return of Kaleb Johnson and the growing confidence from the Hawkeye offensive line. We also look at the injury sitaution for the Hawkeyes a potential return coming very soon for Noah Shannon and we preview the game against the Badgers. Finally we wrap up picking some college football games this weekend.

What will some of the lineups look like?  Finally we talk about Kyle about a huge field hockey game coming up on Friday. Iowa was #1 in the country until last week and they face their biggest rival, Northwestern.

We discuss her development as a post player at Iowa and the role that Jan Jensen has played in it. What she learned the last two years and what it was like being a contributor to a team that played for a national title last season. Plus we learn more about her recruitment to Iowa, the trip overseas this summer, and he expecations this season.
