Wednesdays at Hospice – “Dying Well with Hospice” Memorial Hospice, Santa Rosa Wednesday, January 16th, 2019 @ 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM Caregiving for a loved one is challenging and stressful at times, but the rewards are immeasurable. “Dying Well with Hospice,” written from a family perspective as well as a hospice nurse perspective, validates the importance of end-of-life care. It also helps us to discover the spiritual and emotional benefits that can be attained by supporting a loved one through this poignant time. Paula Wrenn spent more than 25 years as a freelance writer for newspapers and magazines, and has assisted several family members in their transition from life to peaceful death. Jo Gustely, hospice RN, shares the importance of entering hospice at the appropriate time, enhancing quality of life. Admission is free.
