Silvia is an executive coach and consultant who works with individuals, businesses and organizations around the globe to help them discover and maximize their strengths, build strong teams and achieve their goals without adding unnecessary stress to their lives. And it’s no wonder she’s deemed the Innovation Wiz.  At the age of 26 she founded a nonprofit organization, JONA, in her native country of Slovakia. Nearly 10 years later JONA still services hundreds of families using the exact same systems she set up for them years ago.  Silvia describes herself as an untypical entrepreneur because she’s a woman, an immigrant to Canada, and English is her second language.  She’s well educated, a constant learner, hard working and it’s clear to anyone who meets her that she is passionate about making a difference.
