Alicia Overby is the owner of Baby Elephant Ears which began as a product she created out of a desire to help her infant son in 2009. It has since grown into a successful online and brick and mortar store. In 2014 Baby Elephant Ears was named the Small Business Exporter of the year by the U.S. Small Business Administration for Minneosta and the Upper Midwest Region and the recipient of the award on the national level. Alicia Overby was also awarded $15,000 through Huggie’s Mom-Inspired Grant program.
