Delicious Dish: Today's Delicious Dish is about how to get a good night’s sleep. Sleep tips Time your exercise right - Morning & afternoon is best. Cut down on caffeine. Small meals at night or early dinner and light bedtime snack. Avoid alcohol before bed - it interrupts sleep cycle. Avoid drinking too many liquids in the evening - frequent bathroom breaks. Try to go to sleep & get up at the same time every day - sets your body’s internal clock & optimizes the quality of your sleep. Avoid sleeping in even on weekends or nights you’ve stayed up late - upsets your internal clock. The more you weekday/weekend sleep schedule differs the more you struggle with sleep. Choose a nap instead of sleeping in - limit to 15-20 mins & if you struggle with insomnia or falling asleep
