Ever since his campaign for President it seems as though there has always been one issue that will not go away – is Barack Obama Constitutionally qualified to be President? The “birther movement” seemed to grow larger and larger the longer Candidate and then President Obama refused to release his long form birth certificate as proof of his natural born citizenship as necessitated by the Article Two of the Constitution.
