Today our guest was Brent Fitzgerald from last episode #12. Brent speaks to topics of gym ownership, successes and struggles along with mentalities of creating a positive social structure. Brent discussed many different views that must be taken as a social leader and Jiu Jitsu coach. Today I had the best time speaking to a true woodsman, Daryl Halseth, about many topics including how to make all nature HUMAN care products, the thinking behind becoming a better person and much much more. I had the absolute pleasure to have Jon Friedland on one of the most important goal achieving episodes for Fight nation.
