As word of his talent soon spread, it wasn’t long before dance bible Mixmag made Anil as one of their first ever ‘Mixmag Future Heroes’ and some of London’s leading clubs came knocking on his door. The legendary (now defunct) Turnmills wasted no time in offering Anil as many gigs as they could muster and unbelievably the following year (2005), Anil DJ’d at the club more times than any other DJ in the world – something ridiculous like 35 sets in total… not a bad start for a rookie at the start of his career! As a Together resident (and a very popular one at that), Anil has shared the bill with some of the world’s most influential pla
