    Ever since he took control of his Catholic High School’s dance committee and started spinning the new wave and early electronic music he loved, DJ Hac Le has been exhorting audiences to dance, and audiences have listened.     The name Pako & Frederik may not be overly familiar with some but the Dutch pair has been quietly gaining a solid reputation as producers and DJs for the last 10 years or so. Many of their production work has appeared on some the most highly respected compilations released, in particular Sasha & Digweed’s ‘Northern Exposure - Expeditions’, Carl Cox’s ‘F.A.C.T.’ and Anthony Pappa’s ‘Renaissance’. Pako & Frederik first crossed paths in 1992, through an introduction by a mutual friend. But it took a 1993 meeting to bring their two styles together. The place: a studio in the south of France. The result: the birth of their first collaboration (with Remy): 'Vauvenage'. From this moment on Pako and Frederik joined forces to produce numerous club-hits for a Dutch label called Absolut Records.
