The Border Security, Asylum and Immigration Act is now in force and the latest tribunal statistics show that the Home Office's insistence on filling the appeals system with challenges to poor quality decisions remains a huge problem. Sonia talks about the resumption of processing of settlement protection applications from Syrian nationals.
