You Can't Handle The Truth

Aaron and Sean are pumped about the all-star cast in the underhyped crime thriller TRIPLE 9. Is it worth the trip to the theater? One other flick definitely is, as long as you're down with incredibly disturbing stuff — THE WITCH, which gets a review in this week's Extra Butter segment.

Aaron is joined once again by Adam Cicco to take in the Coen Brothers' latest, the comedy (?) HAIL, CAESAR! It's ... no Lebowski. In Extra Butter, the boys can't help but notice they're recording on Groundhog Day, so they reminisce about a classic.

Sean is just barely clinging onto his appreciation for the novels and Aaron is just barely aware of what's happening as they talk MOCKINGJAY PART 2, wrapping up a full three episodes of YCHTT that have tangled with Katniss and company. Sean and Aaron couldn't decide what new release to review this week, so they gave up and watched PREDATOR in Aaron's basement. Then they realize it's FRIDAY THE 13TH, so they change the subject! It's an 80s episode!

Happy Halloween! Sean and Aaron wrap up horror month with Sean's favorite movie of all time, THE SHINING. They're joined by Andy Collier and Adam Cicco to nerd out over Kubrick and offer lists of the Top Five Horror Villains of all time.
