We look back on a busy weekend in the ACFL in Cavan and preview the Ladies All-Ireland semi final with manager Aidan McCabe. We look back over Cavan minor and u-17 footballers ulster league and look ahead to the hurling action coming up this weekend with Seamus Hughes. We also let Paul loose on is beloved handball as Paul Brady and Michael look to make history this Saturday.

After defeat and relegation for the senior team in Roscommon and our under 21's loosing out to Donegal, the lads are feeling pretty down in the dumps.

There may never be a match called off at Kingspan Breffni Park again if ambitious new plans come to fruition. Damien Donohoe spoke to officials Mark O'Rourke and Kieran Callaghan.

After six league games Cavan ladies sit on top of division two of the NFL but a semi-final place isn't yet secured. We caught up with Ailish Cornyn ahead of Sunday's clash with Laois.

Cavan pulled off a huge upset to defeat Mayo in Castlebar. Damien Donohoe roped in Paul Fitzpatrick of The Anglo-Celt and Northern Sound's Damien Donohoe for a quick post-match chat.

We look back on an impressive opening round victory by Cavan U21's and speak with manager Niall Lynch after the game while also looking ahead to the trip west to take of Mayo this Sunday.
